Something about me.
Hello there! I'm Keane Moraes. I'm a junior CS student at the University of Waterloo and a devoted builder. I'm really interested in personal knowledge management and have been building products that can to help me think better. I really want to work in space and super excited about the possibilities. Why I do what I do
Most of my projects will be a program to solve a problem I have or a hack to "scratch my own itch". I'm currently exploring methods for mechanistic interpretability in LLMs. I will be posting about this soon on my dev.log and Twitter (sorry X).
What else?
Outside of building projects in code, I love cinema, reading sci-fi and philosophy (and their intersection) and Liverpool FC. I write a Substack on cinema and art called 'Through the Looking Glass'. You can check it out below. I also do Muay Thai and strength training.
